We are looking for a recruitment specialist for our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have the ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meetings and exceeding assigned quotas.
Essential Requirements
- Providing exclusive support and headhunting/recruitment.
- Drafting and publishing job advertisements on Job portals.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitment.
- Shortlisting CVs received against the job advertisement as per the set criteria by the organization.
- Searching/Headhunting relevant candidates from the database, market intelligence, and social media platforms like LinkedIn, as well as other reputed platforms.
- Initial screening, interviewing, and skill check of candidates, as per the job's requirement.
- Providing quality recruitment services to enhance the company’s business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
- High energy and passion.
- Demonstrated ability to meet quota.
