Requirements:

  1. Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
  2. Technical findings about escalated customer complaints.
  3. Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
  4. Oversee and follow-up on open customer issues.
  5. Escalate issues as per Service Level Agreement.
  6. Inform client functionality requests or software change requests to development team.
  7. Firm grasp of how the web works, networking, and software products.
  8. Manage resolution paths’ knowledge base and known issues.
