- Principal wise Inventory management at Central Warehouse and depot level.
- Target Setting on quarterly basis.
- Facilitates to achieve team's monthly targets.
- New Business Inductions.
- Condustcs Market surveys for new prspects.
- Manage the Sales Teams KPIs
- To Ensure and update SIA on keys tasks achievement to helpout the sales team on SIA compliance.
- To prepare sales analysis for sales team and principals.
