Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and target potential tenants who would benefit from our prime location and attractive rental offerings.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential tenants, understanding their business needs and effectively communicating the benefits of leasing within our commercial plaza.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and emerging opportunities, adapting strategies accordingly.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and online presence to attract potential tenants.
5. Build and manage a team of agents to assist in tenant acquisition efforts, providing guidance, training, and support.
6. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Lahore real estate market, including key areas, market trends, and competitor analysis.
7. Conduct property tours, negotiate lease terms, and prepare leasing agreements.
8. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new tenants.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
1. Minimum Bachelor (in the field of Marketing will be preferred)
2. Proven record of accomplishment in business development or sales within the real estate industry.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Strong networking abilities and the capacity to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
5. Sound knowledge of the Lahore real estate market, including key areas, market trends, and competitor analysis.
6. Ability to build and manage a team of agents, providing guidance, training, and support.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
