Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, prospecting new business, sales, and other matters related to new revenue generation.
Serve as a key member of the leadership team that helps to set the company’s strategic direction and spearhead business development initiatives that are consistent with the company’s overall strategy.
Responsible for identifying, nurturing, pitching, and managing new business relationships to acquire new clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments (i.e., Operations / IT / Client Services) for the fulfilment and execution of account tactics, deliverables, and deadlines.
Provide market feedback to leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs, and project development ideas.
Create and deliver winning presentations, Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and proposals in collaboration with relevant teams.
Proactively recommend features and functions needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability
Manage time effectively, meet personal and team goals and work effectively with other members of the internal digital production team
Experience using CRM like salesforce
