•  Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, prospecting new business, sales, and other matters related to new revenue generation.
  •  Serve as a key member of the leadership team that helps to set the company’s strategic direction and spearhead business development initiatives that are consistent with the company’s overall strategy.
  •  Responsible for identifying, nurturing, pitching, and managing new business relationships to acquire new clients.
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments (i.e., Operations / IT / Client Services) for the fulfilment and execution of account tactics, deliverables, and deadlines.
  •  Provide market feedback to leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs, and project development ideas.
  •  Create and deliver winning presentations, Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and proposals in collaboration with relevant teams.
  •   Proactively recommend features and functions needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability
  •    Manage time effectively, meet personal and team goals and work effectively with other members of the internal digital production team
  •    Experience using CRM like salesforce
