Configuration PC’s on Outlook and install all necessary updates.
Expertise in giving user right and enable security and blocking & unblocking websites.
Installation/troubleshooting of all development and designing tools.
Responsible for installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows Client and Server based platform.
Should be involved in Active Directory Administration and User/Groups provisioning.
Purchase of equipment when needed.
Good communication skills.Quick Problem resolving skills.
Responsible for hardware installation, RAID, Data Recovery, data restorations capabilities and troubleshooting Network Nodes.
