In this role, you will manage and develop long-standing client relationships, with an intense focus on exceeding client expectations. You will have a hands-on approach to service and deliver value through developing and managing technical projects to solve customer problems.
Job Role
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, and track sales, and status reports.
- Cold calling Meeting or exceeding goals.
- Preparing weekly and monthly cold calling reports.
- Giving trade presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating trade efforts with marketing programs.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote services.
- Answering client questions about our services.
