• Establish and maintain an ethical and professional relationship with all customers.
• Develop new accounts within all customer classifications
• Develop and deliver sales forecasts for territory
• Develop and maintain product specifications and drive preference for Nizam Energy Solar Solutions at end-users.
• Coordinate and conduct product training with our customers
• Works with product managers to implement pricing decisions, product introduction and inventory decisions
• Coordinate customer needs with the appropriate internal departments, such as credit, manufacturing, engineering, etc.
• Participate in regional associations and trade shows (coordinate and set-up)
• Coordinate customer discrepancies and returns with credit
• Work with all product/market channels to assist in the forecasting and selling of all products within the marketplace
• Generate market intelligence, including customer needs and concerns
• Assist in development of sales plans, operational plans, and strategic plans
• Understand and communicate the competitive landscape in the territory and assist in establishing pricing in the territory
• Work with product management to improved product mix and margin growth
• Develop programs to identify market segments and preferred account base
