Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation, market research, data analysis and initiation of contact with prospective clients. Also responsible for acquiring business through different channels online (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) and OFFLINE.
  • Following up business opportunities and setting up meetings. Perform pre-sales and post sales activities related to development projects, requirements gathering, project coordination, planning and presentation.
  • Understand work problems; propose technical solutions to those problems by coordinating with the technical team and submitting relevant service proposals.
  • Costing, quotation making and follow-ups providing management with feedback.
  • Follow-up with customers by phone, email, and instant communication mediums to answer any additional questions and eventually convert them into customers.
  • Effectively follow company's defined processes for sales, service delivery, and payments.
  • Undertake targets set by management and create means to achieve daily, weekly, monthly targets.
  • Utilization of knowledge of the B2B Market.
  • Maintain an awareness of current and continual changes in the marketplace.
  • Creation and maintenance of customer records.
  • Should be available for US/UK/Canada/Europe working hours.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Google, LinkedIn and various platforms to generate quality leads for the given products/data.
  • Proficiency in identifying and qualifying potential leads from the search results.
  • Awareness of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Proficiency in evaluating success rate with respect to lead accuracy and strategic improvement.
  • Familiarity with online Data/Email scraping tools.
  • Proficiency in accurately storing the generated leads into the CRM.
  • Familiarity with market research process and online business development tools.

Experience:

  • Marketing and sales: 2 years. (Preferred)
  • Should have an experienced profile on upwork or any other freelancing platform.
  • Experience in selling technological solutions utilizing Web, Mobile technologies, Machine learning etc.
  • Technical computer science knowledge is preferred.
