Business Development Executive

We are Nordtec International, an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Company (EPC) offering comprehensive and integrated Engineering services to Industry and Commercial sectors in Pakistan. We have a highly qualified and experienced team of engineers dedicated to providing high quality engineering solutions to fulfill various industrial and technical requirements.

We require the services of a Business Development Executive to achieve the organization’s business objectives

Job Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and formulate strategies for engagement with potential clients
Achieve the business development goals and targets for the organization
Identify tendering opportunities for the organize and effectively manage tendering activity
Prepare effective proposals, marketing materials and presentations, communicating Nordtec International’s message to potential clients.
Develop strong customer relationships through personal visits, phone calls, emails etc.
Maintain strong interaction with existing and potential clients for future business opportunities
Work with engineering and operational teams to achieve business objectives
Coordinate with higher management to optimize business development strategies

The ideal candidate should be:

Preferably an engineer or MBA
1 – 3 years of experience in business development for an engineering services company
Highly motivated and focused on delivering success for the organization
Have excellent presentation and client management skills
