NoveltySoft is looking for a QA Analyst/Engineer for Web and Mobile App’s. Responsibilities will include:• Defect logging and defect tracking until bug closure• Takes ownership/responsibility for the product quality• Support development in Bug reproduction• Capable to understand the business flows and requirements• Plan, Monitor and Control the testing activities and tasks• Ability to design and develop test plans, test strategies, test cases and test results reports.• Ability to design Regression test suite based on defects and impact analysis.• Create and track the defects with application teams until their

closure.• Identify and propose areas of improvement throughout the QA/Software Testing process

Ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with at least 3-4 years of Web and Mobile App’s Testing experience and motivated to excel in a fast growth environment.
