We are seeking a talented and experienced Hair Stylist and Treatment Specialist to join our salon team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hair care and have a strong background in various hair treatments including coloring, cutting, rebounding, extensor, and keratin treatments. As a Hair Stylist and Treatment Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional services to our clients, ensuring they leave our salon feeling confident and satisfied.

Responsibilities:

Hair Color/Hair Dye:
- Consult with clients to understand their desired hair color and style preferences.
- Expertly apply hair dye or color treatments to achieve desired results.
- Offer professional advice on color options, techniques, and maintenance.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality color application for every client.
Hair Cutting:
- Provide precision haircuts tailored to each client's facial structure, hair texture, and personal style.
- Stay updated on the latest hair cutting techniques and trends.
- Recommend suitable hairstyles based on clients' preferences and lifestyle.
- Execute haircuts with attention to detail and creativity.
Hair Rebounding and Extenso:
- Perform hair rebonding and extenso treatments to straighten and smoothen hair.
- Assess clients' hair condition and recommend suitable treatment options.
- Follow the manufacturer's instructions and best practices for safe and effective treatment application.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering long-lasting and beautifully transformed hair.
Hair Keratin Treatment:
- Administer keratin treatments to improve hair texture, reduce frizz, and enhance shine.
- Educate clients on the benefits of keratin treatments and provide post-treatment care instructions.
- Customize treatments based on clients' hair type, length, and condition.
- Achieve smooth and manageable results while maintaining hair health.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with expertise in hair coloring, cutting, and various treatments.
In-depth knowledge of different hair types, textures, and treatment techniques.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Certification or training in hair coloring, cutting, and treatment procedures preferred.
Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
