You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and expanding the presence of the company, and developing long-term relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients in the industry.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met while exploring further business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, market needs, and new opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance profitability and productivity within the company.
  • Work collaboratively with R&D and marketing teams to align business development strategies with company products.
  • Attend industry conferences, meetings, and training workshops to maintain deep knowledge of the market and to network with industry professionals.
  • Prepare detailed reports on business development activities including sales outcomes and quarterly forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the nutraceutical or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the nutraceutical market and its regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and innovative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
