Scheduling interviews and coordinating all relating activities.
Making job offers and initiating new hire documents needed.
Check applicant references and send feedback to the Management.
Update the concerned department regarding the joining date of the candidates. Assist in new hire orientation, development, and training course.
Keep existing employees retained and motivated.
Ensures that Human Resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
3-5 years experience as HR Generalist including all functions of HR.
Technical recruitment experience is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills and presentation skills are required.
Ability to conduct interviews.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
Experience in educating and coaching staff.
Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Motivated & Self-driven.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Generates periodical reports on Hiring Status on the recruitment.
Replies to queries internally and externally on hiring
