We are seeking a qualified and experienced counselor to join our team. The right candidate will be one who has sound UK and Australia study visa policy knowledge and experience working with multiple clients in global framework. Our goal is to find an individual who is able to work effectively with clients at all levels and can balance the need for efficiency with providing high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with clients to gather information and documentation.
2. Draft legal forms for immigration
3. Handle clients concerns, objections and queries on a regular basis.
4. Follow up with the Consultant about the status of case by email or phone.
Qualifications
- Must have Bachlors degree for a recognized university.
- Knowledge of UK and Australia Study Visa.
- Excellent english verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and scheduling skills.
