As a QA Professional at our company, you will:

Assume a high level of ownership of all work developed by members of the team
Push for better Development Practices, better Code, better Solutions
Encourage discussions on software design within the team and provide constructive feedback on ideas
Thrive in a highly collaborative company environment where agility is paramount
Ensure high-quality code is produced by the team while employing community accepted testing principles, best practices, and tooling
Provide technical guidance, support, and mentoring to both junior and senior team members
Ensure Software Development Best Practices are established and followed by the team
Make technology recommendations that balance business needs and technical requirements
Proactively understand stakeholder needs, goals, expectations, and viewpoints to deliver results
Make difficult decisions without needing to rely on others but know when to consult others.
Expert level experience of working with web developers and mobile developers under your belt
Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.
We are looking for a candidate who has at least 3-5 years of QA experience. Should be able to handle pressure situations.
A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field is a must.
Have extensive knowledge and experience in software development.
The candidate should have experience working on Agile methodologies, Scrum
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope.
Understanding of open-source projects (ERP, CRM) ·
Experience in Back End Development is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Outstanding decision-making and leadership capabilities.
Good Knowledge of the latest technologies & trends.
Strong analytical abilities and strong project management experience in a Software development environment.
Expertise defining project goals, scope, approach, and overall task plan including providing clarity on critical path tasks.
