We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Officer to promote and sell solar panels, lithium batteries, and inverters. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, proven sales experience, and a passion for renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Product Knowledge & Promotion

  • Explain the features, benefits, and technical specs of solar energy systems to residential and commercial clients.

  • Stay updated on market trends, product updates, and competitors.

  • Conduct on-site or virtual product demos and client presentations.

2. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and approach potential clients including households, small businesses, and industries.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads.

  • Follow up on inquiries and convert them into successful sales.

3. Sales & Target Achievement

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Prepare tailored quotations and proposals based on client needs.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Provide after-sales support and ensure timely issue resolution.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain organized records of clients, leads, and interactions.

  • Submit daily/weekly sales activity and performance reports to the Sales Manager.

6. Marketing & Outreach

  • Participate in exhibitions, solar trade shows, and marketing campaigns.

  • Support in offline and online promotional efforts to boost visibility.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the solar or energy sector.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Good understanding of solar energy systems, lithium battery setups, and inverters.

  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales, preferably in the solar energy or renewable products sector

Background in renewable energy, electrical equipment, or industrial sales is a plus.
