Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the fundraising team to identify fundraising goals and objectives, developing fundraising plans, and executing fundraising campaigns.
- Cultivating relationships with donors, maintaining donor databases, and ensuring accurate and timely donor recognition.
- Planning and executing fundraising events, coordinating volunteers and staff, and managing event budgets.
- Monitoring fundraising results, preparing fundraising reports, and providing analysis and recommendations to improve fundraising performance.
- Conducting research on potential donors and fundraising opportunities, analyzing fundraising data, and providing recommendations to improve fundraising outcomes.
- To increase liaison with Business Chambers, Trader Unions, Clubs and perform joint activities for mutual benefit and to increase fundraising.
- To Reach out and exploring new donors.
- Responsible for achieving Annual financial targets by engaging relevant donors and successful implementation of said campaign.
- To Reach out to multinational companies to increase international donations through Global Fundraising annual budgets.
- Any other official task assigned by the Line Manager.
