Requirements:

Should have experience of 3-4 years of experience with at least 1 year experience as team lead.
Must have Experience designing software solutions, undertaking R&D and proposing right technical solutions based on suitable technology stack matching business requirements as well as budget and other constraints.
Must have Experience developing and designing web and mobile applications himself.
Experience in work order estimations based on functional points breakdown along with dependent scoping assumptions and limitation for client business requirements.
Expertise defining project goals, scope, approach, task planning and providing clarity on critical-path tasks. Must be able to switch between these methodologies and should have the ability to tailor them according to the project needs.

Communicate with clients in a thoughtful and impactful manner that helps foster strong relationships.
Serve as the internal central point of communication around project status, timelines, and risks.
Ensure project tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Define, document, and implement project management and engineering best practices and process
