The Cultural/Communication Trainer will be responsible for;

Developing and conducting training sessions in cultural, communication development, and intercultural communication.
He will also be responsible for writing and developing training materials to improve the culture / communication.
Address and enhance cross-cultural communication competencies.
Help employees navigate communication challenges in a diverse workplace.
Develop tools and assessments to evaluate participants' communication skills.
Provide individualized feedback and create action plans for improvement.
Offer insights into global business etiquette, diverse communication styles, and intercultural teamwork.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in communication training.
Integrate innovative methods and technologies into training programs.
Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and other departments to align training programs with organizational goals.
Support other training initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Education, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5 year experience in developing, coaching and conducting training sessions in communication and cultural communication (USA).
Hands on experience to give training in call center (customer support) department is must.
Strong writing skills and experience in developing training materials
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
Experience in US healthcare industry is a plus
