Programmers Force is looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner.

Skill Required:

Must be able to handle multiple emailing platforms: Gmail, Hubspot and Mac Mail.
Polished Research skills: Understands B2B Marketing, and Sales Protocol.
Develop contracts, and holds key negotiation skills.
Draft client proposals, and business presentations.
Experience in customer relations and deal closing protocol.
Must be skilled at gauging and understanding client history through existing email communication.
Stay up to date with company products and services to entertain client queries directly.
Prompt and timely communication to address queries.
Maintaining a database for efficient recordkeeping.
Ability to achieve monthly sales goals.
