Job Title: Administration Officer
Salary: 35000-40000 PKR per month based on experience. Performance based bonuses.
Start Date: ASAP
Job Type: Full time, Mon-Sat 9-5. Flexible hours will be required sometimes.
Location: First months: Work from home and office based. Later months: Permanently office based (Likely within a 3-5 mile radius of Gulberg, Lahore).

- We are developing a small production unit in Lahore that will export to western markets.
- We require someone who is willing to grow with us and is flexible in their approach and willing to learn.
- Own portable laptop computer.
- Stable and reliable internet connection at your place of residence.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- English: Complete oral and written fluency.
- Microsoft Excel: 1+ years experience at advanced level. You will be tested at the interview.
- Excel skills are critical for this role. Pivot tables and IF functions.
Desirable Skills: E-commerce: 1+ years experience. Adobe Illustrator + Photoshop.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- File management, data management and organisation.
- Calling and emailing customers and suppliers.
- Creating product listings.
- Visiting and collecting goods from suppliers.
- General internet-based research, Content creation.
- Analyse sales data, Create templates, Data entry.
- Printing and physically filing away documents on shelves and organising paperwork.
- Counting stock and ensuring sufficient stock levels.
