This is a full-time hybrid role (onsite/remote) for a Business Development Manager at Raxorth Industrial Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. located in Lahore. The responsibilities of a Business Development Manager include: identifying business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and partners, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results and achieve revenue targets.

Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and identify opportunities for growth
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience in the IT industry is preferred
Experience in international business is a plus.
