Job Scope

Attend daily morning meeting at distribution as per itinerary & share minutes with PM on a weekly basis
Visit markets on daily basis to check at least 3 merchandisers and submit reports accordingly
Ensure all KPIs achievement on daily basis with the mention hurdle rate
Share day end report on all relevant WhatsApp groups with above mention KPIs
Monitor dashboards regularly to meet standards/requirements of the project
Analyze PJP Rationalization & suggest changes backed by market reports
Maintain a good relationship with the sales and distribution team
Manage all merchandiser related issues and keep the Project Manager posted on them
Provide attendance & HR data on month-end of all merchandisers
Share execution pictures by channel as per client guidelines
Maintain POSM/Assets tracker by distributor and client

Who can apply?

Should hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree or above from a reputable institution
Should have experience of at least 3 to 4 years
Should have team management, leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Requires travelling within/outside city
