Office Manager with Experience of Education Counselor for Australia with 1-3 years experience.

Key responsibilities include
Manage Team of Education Counselors
Guid the Counselors on student queries and leads.
Ensure applications are processed against eligibility criteria, understanding of Australian Immigration Visa Regulations and Conditions.
Help Counselors to plan student budget and financial suitability.
Reaching agreed international student recruitment/sales targets.
Strategic planning to achieve recruitment targets within budgetary constraints.
Hosting international student and educational partner related events.
Analyzing recruitment-related data to measure achievements and plan future recruitment campaigns.
Happy to travel inter-city and to promotional events as needed.

Criteria & Position Description:

Qualification with minimum graduate or above.
Experience within Education or Migration Services dealing with International students, specifically for Australia or New Zealand.
Knowledge of Education Entry Requirement and Knowledge of English language tests (IELTS, PERSON etc).
Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets, high level of problem solving and negotiation between clients and institutions.
A motivated and confident Consultant to drive and maximize sales of the team.
