- Analyze business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated for accuracy, efficiency, effectiveness and compliance with QMS standards.
- Analyzes and evaluates requirements by coordinating with the process owners to define the problem, data availability and report requirements.
- Apply process improvement and engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process development and modernization projects.
- Facilitate process workshops, document any information elicited using process maps and business requirements documents.
- Coordinate between multiple teams to ensure integration of process designing efforts.
- Document procedures and presenting new process designs to stakeholders for discussion.
- Management of documentation and related records in line with Quality Management System.
- Assist in process and management system certification.
- Monitoring, measuring, providing feedback and reporting on process performance through various means including internal audits.
- Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer.
Knowledge Skill & Abilities:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer)
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills; able to work and communicate productively with cross-functional groups.
- Prior experience in Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, Business Process Management, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office.
- Preferred Industry: IT / Engineering
