Key Responsibilities:

CAD Design:

Utilize CAD software to create precise 2D and 3D designs for various furniture pieces.
Collaborate with the design team to develop conceptual sketches and translate them into detailed technical drawings.
Ensure that all designs comply with industry standards, specifications, and manufacturing requirements.

Product Development:

Work closely with engineers and product developers to refine designs and incorporate necessary adjustments or improvements.
Participate in prototyping and product testing phases to evaluate design feasibility and functionality.

Project Coordination:

Coordinate with different departments, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to facilitate the smooth transition of designs from concept to production.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in furniture design and manufacturing.
Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization to enhance product quality and efficiency.
