Key responsibilities:

Working collaboratively with Product Managers, Developers and Testers at all stages of the development process on testing plans and feature/release testing aided by automated tests.
Designing and writing automated test framework and test scripts for functional testing using .Net/.Net Core, C#, SpecFlow and Selenium.
Building the CI/CD pipeline for automated test scripts using TeamCity.
Developing performance test scripts for backend web services using JMeter and Java/Groovy or similar technology stack.
Documenting test plans, including test scenarios and scripts to conform end users’ product and quality requirements.
Attend all Scrum ceremonies of the assigned project and team.
Analysing and recording test results and reporting software bug fixes.
Participate actively in project and team meetings to voice feedback, issues and suggestions.
Research the new tools and technology pertaining to test automation.

Requirements

4-5 years’ hands-on experience in creating and maintaining automated test frameworks and script using Microsoft technology stack, i.e. .Net Core, C#, SpecFlow, Selenium Webdriver and MsRunner/NUnit/xUnit.
Professional experience in any mainstream programming language, Java, C#, etc is highly desirable.
Working knowledge of at least one relational DBMS, SQLServer, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
Proficiency in testing toolkits for web applications and web services, like SOAPUI, Postman, Browser DevTools etc
Experience with any mainstream build management and continuous integration server, TeamCity or Jenkins, etc
Have hands-on experience in test automation for enterprise level web applications (Angular, CSS and HTML) and web services (REST/SOAP).
Proven experience while working as QA member in an agile (Scrum) and/or process-based environment, with extensive exposure to all aspects of SDLC and STLC.
Have independently defined and implemented test strategy (covering both functional and non-functional testing) for medium to large scale projects(s)
Hands-on experience in creating & maintaining all the testing related artefacts for all phases of testing (Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases & End User Acceptance Completion Reports)
Organised and capable of working on multiple tasks efficiently.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently and within teams
