Key Responsibilities:

Manage office operations, including but not limited to answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing meetings.
Maintain accurate records and databases.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales strategies.
Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums.
Conduct market research to analyze trends and competition.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
Assist senior management with day-to-day tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in administrative support or business development roles preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
