Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with client companies, acting as the primary point of contact for all service-related inquiries and needs.
Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service to client organizations, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver HR services including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their business needs, provide updates on services, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Manage employee queries and grievances for client companies, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations in Pakistan to ensure compliance and provide guidance to clients on HR matters.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices for client organizations.
Prepare reports and analytics related to client HR activities and service delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in customer service management and human resources.
Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws in Pakistan.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
