As an Order Management Specialist - Operations, you will be helping our operations department with Sales order completion, Order Form generation, and everything which is relevant to processing sales orders/Deals.

Manage complete Order Fulfillment life cycle
Seller/Vendor Central orders
Order Creation and Completion
Order Cancelation.
Package Tracking/Delivered Status
Sending Out Replacement Orders
Liaising with other departments to resolve cases
Account Audits (Shipping Invoices)
Stock management(Daily Inventory)

What We're Looking For:

Proficient with deadlines & time sensitive work
Strong Business Communication Skills
Proficient experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Knowledge and experience in CRM systems
Very organized, meticulous, and detailed in entering information.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with special attention to accuracy and detail.
Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in high-volume workload situations.
Self-starter with a proven ability to take ownership of job responsibilities and ensure successful completion of all projects and requests.
