Responsibilities:

The Data Analyst and Auditor will primarily be responsible for developing, assembling and distributing the analytics needed to support audit team for end to end audit fieldwork activities.
Regular inventory observation
Regular stock distribution from head office to shops and shops to shops
The Auditor will also have responsibilities in addressing ad-hoc analytics requests which may come from The Leadership.
Plan and conduct complete monthly physical inventory audits of all shops, head office and factory to ensure monitoring and correctness of physical stock with the Point of Sale business application
Conduct random inventory audits of all shops, head office and factory.
Adjust and manage the inventory issue in ERP.
To supervise and manage all related work
