Managing the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Be actively involved in end-to-end recruitment of IT technical staff.
Preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
Overseeing the health, safety and security of all employees.
Managing (& developing as required) the employee training and development programs.
Assist in performance appraisals processes.
Handling and documenting the disciplinary and grievances issues.
Maintain employee records according to the company policy and legal requirements.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure HR & legal compliance.
Making sure the staff data entry in company’s online system is correct and up to date.
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in hard form (personnel files) and electronic/ digital formats.
