Telephone Operator/Receptionist:

Receive, reply and direct telephone calls & messages to the concern employee.
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings.
Greet visitors.

Filing of papers from filing basket in the respective files & folders.

Generate monthly stationary requisition form.
Create a summary of stationary requisition received from employees.
Monthly canteen/stationary stuff purchase through driver.
Checking of subordinates uniform and shoes periodically.
Purchasing of Uniforms for Drivers, Riders & Office Boys.
Monitoring Security Guards.
HandlingVisa related matters & Ticket bookings & reservations.
Ensure that all the utility bills (KESC, SSGC & PTCL) are paid on time before due date.
Any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
