Job Role:

1.     To build sales opportunities and form connections with new clients.

2.     Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads

3.     Advanced presentation and persuasive skills

4.     Manage the sales cycle from building connection to nurturing them.

5.     Keep track and Review clients' feedback and improve pitch style

6.     Conduct follow up activities to ensure client satisfaction

7.     Providing accurate status reports of existing email/LinkedIn accounts.

Business Development Executive Requirements:

1.     Fresh Grad- 1 year of sales and business development experience.

2.     Professional communication written and verbal

3.     High degree of comfort working with internal and external senior executives

4.     Strong organizational and multitasking skills

5.     Self-starter attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit

6.     Ability to thrive in a changing work environment

7.     Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour.

8.     Great networking skills.

9.     Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
