Should have very good inter personal & communication skills, American accent will be a plus.
Must be familiar with Freelancing Platforms, Bidding, Project Acquisition.
Must be a good high ticket closer with a proven track record.
Must have good negotiation, upselling, cross selling skills.
Assist in developing new contacts, keeping contact notes, building and implementing the presentation.
Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
Develop a good understanding of the businesses’ products or services and be able to advise others about them.
Able to communicate at the highest level and to sell your ideas to those who need to be persuaded of your viewpoint.
Good at building relationships.
Must be a Good team player

Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
