Topline Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a professional and well experienced Business Development Manager for our Karachi office to expand the business top level.

The position holder work with our industry-leading real estate team to end to end acquisition process for new projects. The position holder will identify, assess, and secure prime real estate projects for sales.

Job Duties:

Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience 02 years working as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
Effective communication skills.
Details-oriented.
