Product & Strategy Development:

Define and execute the B2B product roadmap, ensuring alignment with PTCL’s strategic growth initiatives.
Work closely with technology, commercial, and business teams to introduce new digital solutions, SaaS offerings, and cloud-based services.
Design and manage tariff plans, pricing structures, and bundled offerings for enterprise and SME segments.
Optimize the Enterprise Device Catalogue, integrating smartphones, IoT solutions, MBBs, fintech devices (POS, soundbox, QR), and enterprise terminals.

CRM & Digital Platforms:

Oversee the deployment and enhancement of CRM systems for lead management, customer retention, and sales automation.
Drive the integration of billing and order management systems with CRM to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure seamless catalogue and tariff management through self-care portals, digital marketplaces, and omnichannel platforms.

VAS & Enterprise Solutions:

Explore innovative Value-Added Services (VAS), including AI-powered enterprise services.
Lead partnerships with global and local technology providers to enhance PTCL’s enterprise offerings.

Key Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in B2B product management, strategy, or digital transformation roles.
Hands-on expertise in CRM systems, billing solutions, catalogue/tariff management, and digital platforms.
Exposure to VAS, IoT solutions, fintech devices, and enterprise connectivity will be a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Proficiency in presentations, data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence tools
