PERSON SPECIFICATION
It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with the organizational values & principles, vision and mission as well as a commitment to its SEAH (sexual exploitation abuse and harassment) protocols. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards SEAH and doesn’t support any action that promotes or encourages SEAH.
Essential:
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
· A Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/ Management /Commerce or related field
· Strong organization skills and attention to detail to ensure high quality in one’s work.
· Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure and subject to changing priorities; proven experience of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and using judgment and initiative in problem resolution.
· Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills, with the command of written and spoken English in particular.
· Excellent levels of computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications and MF software.
· Ability to work with a range of senior managers, peers and junior colleagues and build smooth working relationships.
· Ability to multi-task several activities and duties simultaneously.

· Relevant experience of working with humanitarian/development sector/INGOs
· Working knowledge of regional languages of Pakistan.
