We are looking for a friendly and professional receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and a positive attitude. As the face of our company, the receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and hospitable environment for everyone who enters our premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services.
  • Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Assist other departments with administrative tasks and projects, as needed.
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • F.A or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
