The Division:

Harris WebLord Solutions is a software Services company that provides innovative solutions to connect, collaborate and coordinate Realestate, TRS, report, and manage services across and amoungst Real estate Services and pre-construction of the high rise buildings, WebLord solutions is part of the ierealty

The Position:

We are looking for a Software Developer , who will be responsible to:
Develop new functionality on our existing software products.
Prior experience of working in a Team Lead role.
Utilize web technologies to develop and build out the customer facing web applications
Participate in a small, experienced, energetic team on a rapid, agile development schedule as a Team Lead, with the capability of providing guidance and mentorship to other team members.
Work within a small team of individuals to create technical solutions
Analyze business and technical requirements to understand what can be done or what needs to be changed
Create solutions, specifically such as plugins, workflows, entities, forms, views, etc.
Work between various teams within the Development and IT departments
All other responsibilities as assigned

Desired Skills and Responsibilities:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years of experience of developing web applications with a professional organization.
Strong experience of MVC, Codeigniter
Strong experience of WordPress, Mysql, phpmyadmin and/or Entity Framework
Thorough understanding of Enterprise level Architecture Design principles, patterns and standards
Knowledge and experience of Desgin tool
Version Control and GitHub
Software testing (Functional, Performance, and Unit Testing)
Good debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Good verbal and written communications.
Able to follow detailed written instructions.
