- Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
- Understand customer & social analytics and propose a growth plan to the supervisor for each social media platform.
- Computer skills, in using social media platforms, and skills in using tools that analyze social media platforms are requirements for this position. A Social Media Manager must use digital technologies to meet the goals of social media campaigns.
- Digital Media Managers must understand the trends and techniques of social media as well as the company’s online presence to effectively handle social media marketing.
- Timelines should be strictly followed.
- Make sure social media profiles are compliant with platform policies. In case of violation, reinstatement of social platforms is the responsibility of the social media executive.
- Prepare monthly progress reports and present them to top management.
