Important for all Applicants: You must possess the stamina, calm work environment around yourself and suitable resources to work virtually from home for 8 - 9 hours ( 6 days a week )

Applicant needs to have perfect laptop, internet and backup for electricity

Offered Salary : 25, 000 to 35, 000 PKR + Commission on target achievement

Required experience

At least have two years experience related to marketing business development sector
Proficient in English
Proper knowledge of controlling CRM
Should have command on basic computer programs ( Outlook, TeamViewer, Skype, Google Docs, office
MUST have the experience with stress management and team leading.

Major Job Responsibilities

Understand the company’s goal and objectives to enhance the company’s performance.
Identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Check our services/products and make them attractive as per the market demand.
Research the market competitors and create strategy to convert potential leads into clients.
Explore the demand and competition in new markets for our products.
Create training material for sales and operation teams.
Manage sales activities and marketing campaigns.
Manage and regulate the client portals in company Database and CRM.
Generating bi- monthly progress reports for company management.
Conduct sales and operations trainings for new products.

Ready to act as assistant of director as per need
Ready to act as operation manager as per need
Ready to act as sales representative as per need
Ready to act as social media manager as per need
Ready to work with designing and social media teams to create powerful digital ads and other social media campaign
