RESPONSIBILITIES
Part of the team that monitors and controls SaaS on 24/7/365 basis
Collect data for analysis from system and/or directly from the designated data-sources
Generate the requested external and internal reports
Handle and analyse data in multiple languages
Provide 1st-line Technical Support to clients. This includes Interaction with clients and
stakeholders to respond to enquiries and target first-line issue resolution
Liaise internally with the commercial and technical departments and solution vendors on
behalf of the clients
Carry out market research and collection of data
Perform initial analysis and technical troubleshooting for client reported issues.

REQUIREMENTS
Can work on a 24/7/365 roster with minimal supervision
Basic knowledge / experience in RDBMS and SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation
Previous experience in a customer service centre environment / 1st line technical support will
be considered an asset
Proficiency in the English language both written and verbal
Have a good command / proficient in spoken and written in any other language shall be
considered an asset
Able to perform problem isolation and troubleshooting in complex environments
Data analysis experience and skills.
Willing to learn new technologies and easily adapt to change
Working knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals shall be considered an asset
Knowledge of the telecommunication industry and the various signalling protocols will also be
considered an asset
Be a customer centric team player with a “can do” attitude, and able to handle difficult or
sensitive situations with diplomacy and tact
Have the ability to multi-task and prioritise
Knowledge in Linux technologies will be considered as an asset.
Availability to travel for training purposes to our offices in Malta or Singapore
