Cheetay Logistics is looking for a dedicated technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical positions.
The Technical Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for technology positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements
Responsibilities:
• Communicating with hiring managers to identify current and future needs talent need
• Sourcing profiles via different platform
• Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
• Sharing statuses with rejected candidates
• Performing background and reference checks.
• Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
• Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
• Attends job fairs and industry conferences; runs company booths at job fairs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements/Expertise:
• Bachelor’s degree/Master degree in human resource management
• At least 2 years of experience in technical recruitment
• Excellent grip on LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
