Preparation & presenting Stitching Critical Parameter (CP) meetings on weekly basis and review the rate of achievement of all monthly process related
To participate in daily floor meetings in stitching identifying and removing bottlenecks and providing solutions to the problem.
Make suggestions pertaining to process methodology improvement, to enhance efficiency and production in terms of line balancing.
Do the proper validations of all process and SAM’s in stitching and give feed back to Pre-production team.
In depth knowledge of pre-production activities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)
Understanding of new technologies in textile sector
Strong knowledge of best practices in IE
To check the DIFOT for Stitching and float to the concerned.
