- Preparation & presenting Stitching Critical Parameter (CP) meetings on weekly basis and review the rate of achievement of all monthly process related
- To participate in daily floor meetings in stitching identifying and removing bottlenecks and providing solutions to the problem.
- Make suggestions pertaining to process methodology improvement, to enhance efficiency and production in terms of line balancing.
- Do the proper validations of all process and SAM’s in stitching and give feed back to Pre-production team.
- In depth knowledge of pre-production activities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)
- Understanding of new technologies in textile sector
- Strong knowledge of best practices in IE
- To check the DIFOT for Stitching and float to the concerned.
