A Salesforce solution architect at Aurea works as a decision-maker who develops technical strategies that will lead to clean and scalable solutions. The successful candidate will be a responsible for identifying the current customizations, documenting them, and suggesting strategies to scale and implement solutions for Aurea’s software business mergers and acquisitions. A successful candidate should also work on all the bugs/issues reported by businesses and close them quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify all the customization on existing Salesforce instances
Refactor all the existing customization to have a scalable and documented solution
Salesforce administration and data quality control
Partner / Customer Community development and management
Workflow configuration / Apex coding to automate and optimize business processes
Engage with vendors/third-party applications to build and maintain integration APIs
Provide support to teams across the enterprise, including sales, marketing, support, orders, and finance
Total Compensation: $100,000/year

Required Education and Experience:
BE/BTech/BS Degree with at least 10 years of experience in Salesforce with enterprise companies

Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
Force.com Advanced Developer
Salesforce Advanced Administrator
Certified Salesforce Architect - Required
Proactive personality and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

Ability to follow defined processes and identify and document new ones
