RESPONSIBILITIES:

Use standard lab protocols to perform laboratory tests and correctly enter the results in the software.
Verification of results and ensure that they are correctly matched with the specimen.
Determine specimen validly and call for fresh sample if a specimen is rejected.
Identify, diagnose and repair issues that may arise with the the laboratory equipment.
Label and organize all tests appropriately to make sure that they are easily retrievable.
Performs daily, monthly control procedures as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Maintain required temperature of the refrigerators and monitoring temperature.
Maintenance of files and Filing on weekly basis , Maintain inventory and generate demand for store
Samples preparation for testing i.e Centrifugation , mixing
Run internal QC and maintain QC charts
Phlebotomy on need basis
Any other task assigned by the management.
